My name is Juanjo Campello Martinez  as a footwear sales agent in Spain and wholle Europe, I am  a professional who is in charge in a permanent way of promoting, negotiating or specifying the mercantile operations in name and due to one or several footwear suppliers companies, by means of a compensation and in a certain area.

 

In this sense, I am free lancer are not employed in supplier company, also independent professionals, with statute of self-employed person and that they are tied to the businessman by means of an order.

It is considered that the clientele belongs to the agent and not to the Supplier company.

In no case the agent acquires the property of the goods, it would turn into client or into last case in distributor of the product of the principal supplier company.

 

It is the contract by means of which a part (company) entrusts to another (agent) the business promotion for his account and order of continued form.

Of the contract of agency, the agent promote acts or commerce operations for foreign account, or to promote them and to conclude them for account and in name foreign, like independent intermediary, without assuming payments, except reverse agreement, the risk and luck of such operations .

We have seen how the use of a sales agent is one of the existing possibilities to act on a market. As formula has a series of very clear characteristics, having big advantages:

· Minor cost of introduction of the product or the service on the market.

· It is an always reversible formula.

· Relatively rapid introduction on the elected market.

· Better control on the commercialization of the products.

 

It is necessary to tint this simple classification and to shell each of the elements at that we have aimed.

The functions that an agent can go so far as to fulfill are the following ones, according to his implication grade in the commercial chain:

a) Inform

We understand for this concept the transmission to the company of knowledge on the market, the conjuncture or the competitive situation on the market destined. Let's see some points.

b) Introduce

We understand this function as the capacity of the agent to get in touch with the current market or with the potential market and to present the options of the exporter and of his products.

c) Negotiation

It is understood for negotiating the aptitude to establish the communication with the client faced to the achievement of an operation of buying and selling. She can remain meant by some of the following elements.

d) Close the sales operation

One has already come saying that the agent, in principle, should not be able to close the operation since it is an exclusive option of the company.

Nevertheless, it is very important that it could prepare the operation so that the definitive approval is missing only.

We will create and develop our own exclusive models, produced by our team of designers and craftsmen who were not stopping investigating forms and tendencies.

 Then the collections projects will be sent to the producing manufacturer in Spain so that they develop them.

My philosophy  as a Sales will be also to design my self our trendy product request for our european market and commercialize in this in Europe and Worldwide.

Assurse strategy of European distribution of our products with our own commercial network, assuring our mailing in term and correct form, always accompanied by a professional attention service to the client.

With capacity and functionality, it will give like turned out a high rotation level supposing a guarantee of service for our clients, this way the faithful client will turn into our best ally.

Also, if the continuous company in continuous growth, in a next future afther European Market we will get in a process of expansion and implantation of new potential markets, like the American , Sout African, Australia and the Russian  Market
